SADHAN CHAKRABORTY
Born: 1952
Sadhan Chakraborty was born in Assam, India . He graduated from the Indian College of Art and Draftsmanship in Calcutta in 1979.
His preferred medium is Oil on Canvas which often depicts various shades of human emotions.
He was a member of the Society of Contemporary Artists since 1983.
Exhibition
His works has featured in around 70 exhibitions; nationally and internationally, the most important being the Inter Graphic in 1984 in Berlin and the Bhopal Biennale.
His creations are a part of many prestigious collections, including the Lalit Kala Akademi and the National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi and the Birla Academy of Art and Culture, Kolkata
