Born in 1983, Mihir Kayal an artist from West Bengal graduated from The Indian College of Arts and Draftmanship in 2007. Colorful and textured, his images are modern with a reminiscence of traditional Indian painting. Presented raw, unframed, and unstretched, the paintings are as the artist created them.

He participated in 10 solo shows, including Studio-74 Califormia and Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata. His skills are acknowledged around the world – art collectors from India, U.S.A., Brazil, Japan and Switzerland have added his work to their collections.
