Most artworks and photographs are unique or limited edition, so returns are very restricted.
Returns are considered only when:
- The item arrives damaged, with clear evidence at unboxing.
- A wrong item, size or edition is delivered compared to the confirmed order.
Not valid reasons for return include:
- Minor colour or texture variations between the display image and the physical work.
- Change of mind or subjective dislike.
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery, with order details, photos and preferably an unboxing video.
If approved, the item must be returned in original packaging and condition, following the instructions shared.
After inspection, a refund (if approved) is generally processed within 7–15 working days to the original payment method, subject to bank and gateway timelines.
Where a replacement is not possible, an alternative artwork or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, a refund or replacement (where feasible) will be arranged.
